What is Arancini?
Arancini are Italian rice balls that are stuffed with various fillings, then coated with breadcrumbs and fried to golden perfection. The name “Arancini” translates to "Little Oranges" because of their resemblance to the fruit. Traditionally, Arancini are tennis ball sized but Cucina Foods introduced the Mini Arancini to create the perfect snack and/or appetizer.
Why is the rice yellow?
Authentic Arancini require risotto seasoned with saffron (risotto alla Milanese), the world's most expensive and exotic spice. Saffron brings not only its signature delightful flavor, but also provides its signature yellow color to the rice.

Oh no! Unfortunately, that means our Mini Arancini are not available in your region yet. We are constantly growing and expanding into new regions so be sure to visit our website often for newly added stores. Does Cucina Mini Arancini contain nuts?
None of our Cucina Mini Arancini products contain nuts and are not in contact with ingredients that contain nuts. Cucina Foods operates out of a nut free facility.
Where can I find the expiration date on my Mini Arancini pouch?
The expiration date can be found on the clear window on the back of the pouch.
How much Mini Arancini would I need for a party?
When planning for a party, allow for 2-3 Mini Arancini per person.
Does Cucina Mini Arancini contain gluten?
Cucina Mini Arancini do contain gluten. We prefer to offer the best quality products available and unfortunately Arancini do suffer in quality and texture when made from gluten free ingredients available at this time. Gluten free products may be introduced in the future but for now we will adhere to our original recipes handed down through generations.
Can Cucina Mini Arancini be cooked in a microwave?
Although Cucina Mini Arancini can be prepared in a microwave, for a true Arancini experience with a divine crisp, choose an oven or air fryer. Please note Air Fryers require less cook time. Results may vary.
Should I thaw my Cucina Mini Arancini before cooking?
No, our Mini Arancini should be cooked directly from frozen. Do not thaw!
